Owner Yusaku Iida is an ex-burger shop manager (AS CLASSICS DINER) who split in Oct 2021 and used crowdfunding to sell the idea of a ‘gourmet hot dog’ before the doors opened. The compact room (35 seats) leans American without cosplay—concrete, wood, sports on screens, and a few inherited flags. The work is the sausage: mixed, stuffed, smoked, and tweaked endlessly (he’s reportedly on version 40-something). Draft is straight Budweiser, but there are rotating cans for craft drinkers. It’s five minutes from Nakameguro, one street off the river. English menu is available; pay by card. Sit at the counter for solo runs, order the Chili Dog, and keep moving.
