Lamb specialty meat bar opened November 11, 2016 by a former Craft Beer Kitchen manager who carried his IPA pedigree to suburban Utsukushigaoka, eleven minutes from Tama Plaza Station next to Yamauchi Park. The sixteen-seat garage-inspired room runs three house draft lines plus up to five rotating West Coast IPAs—Lomaland, San Diego Pale Ale, Spezial Pils territory. Food anchors on four-week dry-aged New Zealand lamb chops at ¥480 a piece in six flavor variations (standard, balsamic-Shinshu-miso, coriander, yuzu-kosho), backed by lamb gyopsal, lamb yakisoba, and pizzas. Halal options available. Terrace seat allows pets and smoking; interior is non-smoking. ¥300 smoked-nuts otoshi for alcohol orders, declinable.
