About

Modern liquor-store-with-counter on Ome-kaido between Kami-Shakujii and Musashi-Seki, 15-min walk either way. Founded April 1, 1916 (Taishō 5) by the Ishizuka family — over a century in the same spot — fully renovated in 2018 by current owner Yoshimasa Ishizuka under the concept "liquor store you can interact with," and the cellar metaphor reflects the goal of being a customer's at-home wine cellar. 1F is the kakuuchi counter — 7 craft beer taps (3 limited specials + 4 standard), plus glass sake/wine/whisky/shochu pours. 2F is the open Sekimachi Terrace, where you carry up bottles bought downstairs (¥100 corkage, beer exempt). Tap takeovers with breweries like Oni Densetsu (Noboribetsu), Shiga Kogen, etc.; small-producer sake bias. Closed Tuesdays. Featured on TV Tokyo's Adomachi 2022.
