Screamin’Hop opened in 2016 in Kanda, built like a small American beer diner: 17 seats, a counter that runs the room, taps up front, and a whiskey wall behind. Two high tables and a low-table corner keep groups from colonizing the bar. The owner leans hard into US craft—five rotating kegs with tight quality control—so half pints make sense if you’re mapping the lineup. Power outlets and Wi‑Fi hint at the weekday regular crowd. Rock plays, TVs handle sports, and the crowd splits between after-work groups and solo drinkers who know what they like. Food isn’t an afterthought: burgers, grilled meat, and a proper lunch hamburger steak. No cover, cards/QR OK, English menu available; smoking is separated.
