Two Dogs Taproom has been pouring in Roppongi since 2013, and it still reads more expat clubhouse than Tokyo beer nerd shrine. It’s part of the Two Dogs group (Two Dogs Holdings), with house pours tied to their Beach Brewery ambitions down in Shimoda. You’re up on the 2F of the Aries building, with big tables and TV screens that flip the room from calm to game-mode fast. Expect roughly 24–25 taps—domestic craft plus imports—then a clean house pale ale for resetting your palate. The kitchen is serious enough: California-style pizza baked to order, not bar filler. Start with small pours, then commit.
