Brewery-restaurant inside APA Hotel & Resort Yokohama Bay Tower, opened September 2019 and run by Tokyo-based Triple-R Inc, whose founder Yoshiaki Kashino grew up in a liquor store and caught the bug from New York steakhouses and West Coast craft beer culture. 220 seats under a six-metre ceiling with a Minato Mirai panorama; the glass-walled brewhouse runs one of the larger production lines in Yokohama under head brewer Mizunuma, who leans hard into hazy IPA. Twenty taps rotate house beer—including the 'APA President's Beer' collaboration and the canned ONE series—plus guest pours and occasional US brewer collabs. Kitchen does West Coast tapas, pizza, pasta, steak—seventy-ish items. Wall of 615 US beer cans hides one REVO logo. ¥300 table charge after 5pm; no APA-hotel pyjamas on the dress code.
