TFW49 didn’t build a taproom; they built a clubhouse with a cash register. The Forty-Niners Club is the brand’s Komazawa flagship (opened May 2022), half lifestyle shop—golf/outdoor gear and mannequins—half sports bar below street level. Draft lines cover Japanese craft, but the real flex is the fridge: stacks of imported cans with price tags like a bottle shop. Food is bar-standard—pizza, ribs, small plates—enough to keep you through a match. TVs stay on, outlets and Wi‑Fi make it laptop-tolerant, and dogs are allowed, which tells you who this is for. No cover. Order at the counter, then take your can to the stools and watch the game.
