Smoke runs through everything here. The Higashi-Nagasaki outpost of Smoke Beer Factory pours the brand's own smoked beer and Rauchbier alongside guest craft on seven-plus taps, one train stop from the Ekoda mothership that's been brewing since 2018. Twenty seats on the ground floor of an old apartment block: grab the seven-seat counter, skip the tables. The kitchen smokes everything short of the furniture, chocolate and whisky included, and the back wall holds 100-plus bottles. Order the house Rauchbier and a smoked platter, then work the whisky list. Non-smoking room, English menu, cards fine. Neighborhood regulars, not a tourist in sight.
