Opened in 2018 on the South 1F of Nakano Central Park, FLOWS is an ATHREE PARLOR / Monteroza-group dining bar built around “grilling & craftbeer” rather than beer nerd curation. The room is a glassy, modern box with a long counter, neon glow, and a plant wall that telegraphs ‘after-work meetup.’ Taps (8–9) mix domestic and imports; order the small tasting flight to read the lineup fast. After 17:00 there’s a ¥300 table charge, and staff will steer groups toward all-you-can-drink courses. It’s non-smoking inside, but the building has a designated smoking area. Cards and QR payments are fine. Go early, take the terrace, split one grill plate, then move on.
