Operating since 2009, Mimpi Manis is a Shin‑Nakano two-floor bar with 13 seats, six rotating craft taps, and a quiet stash of bottle classics (Weihenstephan, Chimay). The owner curates the keg list across old-school IPA, hazy NEIPA, and sour ales, then pivots into whisky—especially Islay malts, with island stories if you engage. The back bar also leans into craft gin, natural wine, and a few nihonshu picks. Food isn’t an afterthought: fish & chips, karaage, seasoned fries, a rotating cheese plate, and garlic-heavy ajillo or pasta. Downstairs is counter-first; upstairs fits a small crew. No cover; smoke stays outside only.
