Opened 2012 as one of the first dedicated craft beer bars on Tokyo's east side, IBREW runs 47 rotating taps weighted heavily toward Japanese breweries—Shiga Kogen, Hitachino, COEDO, Yatsugatake—with scattered imports. The draw is pricing that makes no sense for Ginza real estate: half-pints from ¥390, pints around ¥745, no cover, no table charge. The room is wood-panelled pub territory, a U-shaped counter wrapping the taps with a few tables crammed behind. Cash only, English menu on hand. Flight of ten 90ml samples lets you triangulate the list without committing. Touristy at the edges, but the pricing keeps regulars in the seats.
