Adachi Brewery's original tap stand sits in Kohoku, a residential stretch of Adachi-ku most drinkers never reach. Twenty seats, no cover charge, non-smoking, cards and QR accepted - the setup is unfussy and points everything at the glass. Seven house beers rotate on the board, brewed under the same name with a shifting hop bill; the fruited hazies are the reason to make the trip, so lead with whatever hazy is freshest. Beer cocktails and soft drinks cover the rest of the table, and the short food list runs until a 9pm last order. The brand has since opened a second stand in Asakusa - come drink at the source.
