reverb opened near Takaido Station in Feb 2023 as the new outpost from Chitose-Karasuyama's Novel Craft. At first it ran like a taproom: ten lines heavy on guests and Belgian imports while the concrete room next door waited for tanks. The brewery side came online later as Novel Craft Brewing, and the balance has shifted toward house beer with a couple of guest cameos. The room is compact but not precious: 3 counter seats, a few tables, plus standing space. No cover, non-smoking, and cashless-ready. DJ nights ("Reverb Sound Crew") pull in Tokyo's craft-beer insiders. Order by size, not bravado; S first, then commit.
