Kiuchi Brewery’s Tokyo ‘lab bar’ sits inside mAAch ecute Kanda Manseibashi, a renovated red-brick station under the Chuo Line. Open since 2015, it’s the place to drink Hitachino Nest on draft the way it leaves Ibaraki: 8–9 taps rotating daily, plus shop-only bottles and the house spirits (Hinomaru whisky/gin) and sake. The room is 32 seats split between tables, a short counter, and a terrace; all non-smoking by building rules. The system is pay-per-order, so don’t expect a running tab. Order a flight, then commit to the newest keg and the saba sandwich. Weekends pull Akihabara wanderers; sit under the brick arch and keep one eye on the tap handles, not the souvenir crowd.
