Thirty-nine floors up in Ebisu Garden Place Tower, this Italian bar trades on one thing visitors forget to book: the window. Reserve a seat along the glass or you're watching the night view from across the room. The hook is beer, specifically 100-plus beer cocktails, from a straight Red Eye to fruit-and-vegetable riffs, backed by Italian bottles, Dogo craft from Ehime, and Setouchi-leaning plates. It runs brighter and larger (81 seats) than the beer-nerd caves at street level, so come for the altitude and the novelty, not a rare tap list. Non-smoking, cards fine, 300-yen seat charge. Go at dusk, order a Red Eye, watch the city switch on.
