Brussels planted Belgian beer in Tokyo back when most locals still equated beer with a single macro lager, and this Otemachi outpost carries the flag inside a glossy Financial City tower: glass, hard surfaces, a six-seat counter and tables that fill with loosened ties by 6pm. Sound bounces, so come before the after-work surge if you actually want to talk. The move is to work the seven directly imported draft lines, then dig into the roughly 100 bottle-conditioned Belgians. Order Saison Dupont, add the moules-frites, and if you're hungry the aged wagyu steak earns its keep. Mind the 440-yen dinner seat charge, and note it's closed Sundays.
