DevilCraft is one of the early Tokyo craft-beer rooms that made food the hook: Chicago-style deep dish, served heavy, not "bar snacks". It started in 2011 under American homebrew energy, and the Kanda shop still feels like a vertical pub—12 stools at the street-level counter, tables on floors two and three, taps and pressure gauges staring you down. Two minutes from JR Kanda’s South Exit. It’s smoke-free, no cover, but there’s a one-drink minimum and the seats run on a two-hour timer. Expect ~14 rotating taps plus the house beers (they’ve brewed in Tokyo since 2015). Pay by card/IC/PayPay; order early and keep the table moving. After-work crowds arrive fast.
