Craft beer bar and bistro opened September 26, 2019 in Tarumachi—"Barrel Town," seven minutes east of Tsunashima Station across Ōtatsuna Bridge. Run by a husband-wife duo: he handled guest beer curation at Shinjuku's YYG Brewery & Beer Kitchen before going solo; she holds a Beer Sommelier certification. Seven or eight taps rotate weekly across Japanese and international craft, served in half-pint, regular, or US-pint sizes, with a dozen-plus canned options pullable for in-house drinking at ¥300 corkage. Menu descriptions detail each beer's profile. Bistro kitchen punches above weight: pork spareribs with curry-spice glaze, Mangalitsa sausage, tuna-avocado tartare. Eighteen counter and table seats, warm-lit, slow-pace like the three-toed-sloth logo implies. Cash only, Tuesdays closed.
