Opened July 29, 2024, two minutes from Nogata Station on the Seibu Shinjuku line, in a stretch of Nakano that has no business looking this composed. Tagline: CRAFTBEER & GRILL. Eight taps rotating across domestic micros (Akita's Akura turned up on one visit, alongside MELLOW YELLOW IPA), plus a deeper whisky list than most beer bars bother with. The room reads café from the outside, counter and table-led inside (26 seats), open until midnight every night, weekends from noon. Food is grill-driven and a bit unusual: white-miso pickles, charcoal-grilled lamb chop, aqua pazza, hand-formed hamburg. Dogs, kids, and strollers all welcome. Owner reportedly ran a previous place (Tsukutsukuboushi) before this.
