Trades as Smart Click on the English listings, but the name over the door is Smakelijk, Dutch for "enjoy your meal." Masahito Kanasashi, a European fashion importer, opened it in 2010 to drop a Brussels street cafe onto a Musashi Koyama backstreet: high ceilings, antique chandeliers, a projector running football over the counter. Around 130 Belgian bottles plus five taps; start with the Vedett Extra White on draft, then let the counter staff push you toward a Trappist or a Kriek. Sixteen counter seats reward solo drinkers; groups colonize the standing room. No cover charge, non-smoking. Line the beer with the Iberico platter or mussels.
