Three floors on the Kanda-Jimbocho border, stacked by mood: a standing bar at street level for a quick draft, table seating on the second, a ten-seat private room up top. Brussels has poured Belgian beer in Tokyo since the 1980s, back when witbier meant nothing here. The Delirium range is the tell — get the Nocturnum on tap, dark and chocolatey, alongside the aged steak the kitchen takes seriously. Non-smoking throughout, cards fine, 440-yen seat charge after dark. Come on a weekday after work, when the office crowd fills the second floor and the room hits a proper hum. Bottles run 750ml and twenty-plus deep.
