The Brussels group helped put Belgian beer on Tokyo's map, and its Kagurazaka branch sits up the quiet end of the slope, off the station drag. Twenty-six seats, eight at the counter, low warm light, conversation-level until the tables fill and strangers get seated together. The point is the tap wall: five rotating Belgian drafts—Saison Dupont, La Guillotine, Barbar—behind roughly 100 bottles spanning Trappist Chimay, Orval, and Lindemans lambics. Take a counter stool, order the moules in white wine with a side of frites, and ask what just went on draft. Non-smoking, cards fine, 440-yen seat charge at dinner. Come early.
