WCB’s Toranomon street-level shop (opened 2025-08-15) is the clean-room version of their Mochimune operation: 20 taps of West Coast Brewing, refreshed weekly, plus the occasional collab that disappears in a night. The room is owner/architect Derrek’s calling card—monochrome walls, Tokyo-metro-map ceiling lines, and a DJ booth with serious sound so the music is part of the deal. Ordering runs through QR, the service is quick, and the crowd skews office workers who know their haze. Food is Tex‑Mex-leaning (wings, fajitas, tacos) built to hold up to high ABV. Cashless only, no charge, all non‑smoking; terrace seats allow pets. Ask for the smallest pour first; the IPAs run sweet and loud.
