Swan Lake's Niigata brewery, B-Gremo, one of Japan's most-decorated craft outfits, runs this Mita tap pub on the Keio Nakadori strip. Twenty-seven seats, ground floor, no cover, up to 18 lines pouring the core range plus rotating guests like Kyoto Brewing. Bright and functional, loud enough after 6pm when the Tamachi after-work shift files in. The move: arrive before 6 for happy-hour pours (small from 450 yen), then work toward the Porter, a repeat international medal-winner. Non-smoking throughout; cards and PayPay fine. Come for the beer, the pho and pub plates are supporting cast.
