Started by Waki, an ex‑Dynac operator who later ran a craft‑beer market, Citraba built its name in Koenji before opening this Nakano outpost in March 2021. The room is clean and bright—white tile, long counter, and a tap wall that turns over fast (15 drafts). The other pillar is citrus: Odawara-style lemon sours and seasonal fruit variations, plus a half fried young chicken that shows up on a lot of tables. The terrace is the loophole—pets allowed, and smoking only when nobody’s using it. It’s eight minutes from Nakano Station, far enough to filter out the bar-hoppers and guidebook churn.
