Not a bar in any traditional sense — it's a self-serve bottle fridge inside Shiodome Yokocho, a 13-stall shared food hall tucked in the Caretta Shiodome basement under the Dentsu HQ tower. The operation is a collab between subscription company favy and wholesale distributor Otomoni, rotating 100 bottles across three flat price tiers: ¥1,000, ¥1,200, ¥1,400. Mobile-order via QR, a staffer pulls the can from the showcase. The crowd skews post-work Shimbashi salarymen and Shiki Theatre patrons killing time pre-show. Depth of selection is real — Otomoni's 4,000-beer catalogue feeds the fridge — but the setting is pure corporate food court.
