FUKURIN Coffee & Beer is a micro-tenant on the ground floor of the rebuilt Harajuku Quest, part of NTT Urban Development’s redevelopment wave. The operator is Fukurin Co., Ltd., with the concept produced by METACRAFT—so the branding is intentional, not random. Expect a compact counter, quick service, and a split identity: proper espresso alongside rotating Japanese craft beer cans and pours. On sunny days the outdoor seats facing Omotesando are the real seating plan; inside is mostly for ordering and regrouping. Non-smoking and card/QR payments keep it frictionless. If you want a quieter moment, come early and sit outside.
