Tabi Tebako is Uchida Satoshi’s market-side kakuuchi on the third floor of Tsukiji Uogashi’s Odawarabashi building, run under the Umi to Machi banner with SAKE DIPLOMA selection at its core. The house logic is simple and good: buy seafood downstairs or in the outer market, bring it up, and let the staff steer the pairing. That makes this less of a beer stop than a Tsukiji tasting station. There are usually 40-plus sakes and more than 10 island or craft beers, but the room itself stays stripped back—plywood standing tables, bottle fridges, bright ceiling, no theatrics. Come for matching, not for bragging rights or tap-board worship.
