An eight-seat counter buried on B2 of Ginza Six, run by Beer Boulevard, the Czech-leaning group behind Pilsen Alley and Bulvar Tokyo. Three or four rotating kegs the owner picks himself, a bottle wall a hundred deep, and the real reason to sit: Asahi Super Dry poured three ways, including the house 'Sato pour' that strips carbonation in one motion. Order the flight, watch the technique, judge for yourself. It doubles as a bottle shop, so grab cans on the way out. Daytime into early evening only, last call 20:00. Reserve and you owe a 500 yen otoshi; walk in for draft and you don't.
