World Liquor Importers, a craft-beer importer, put its taps behind a Spanish kitchen when this opened in July 2024 on the 2F of SHIBUYA AXSH, the complex bolted onto the station's east side. The pitch is blunt: craft beer and paella. Eight rotating lines run from a Pike IPA or Full Circle pilsner to German Hofbrau and Franziskaner weissbiers, backed by Cava and Spanish sangria. It's a bright, 85-seat, all-non-smoking floor with only five counter stools, so it reads as tables and groups, not a solo perch. Come early; the station crowd and tourists fill it fast. Order a half of whatever's freshest, then paella. Ten percent service.
