Opened October 29, 2018 by Jun Sasaki, formerly the manager of Shibuya real-ale institution Griffon, with Yuka Suzuki handling the kitchen (she worked alongside Sasaki at Griffon for two years). The name decodes literally: FAM for family, 333 from the address (Sendagaya 3-3-3), with a logo built around a salvia flower whose Japanese flower-language meaning is 'family love.' B1 walkdown off Meiji-dori, no street-level sign past the building plaque, 16 seats inside. Eight taps split 6 regular plus 2 hand-pump real ales kept on year-round, a rarity in Tokyo and Sasaki's personal hobbyhorse. Lineup is around 80% domestic, leaning into newer breweries (VERTERE Okutama, Minoh, Coed collabs) alongside classics. Food is honest pub fare with house spice pickles, fish and chips, and occasional guest burgers. Service charge applies.
