Run by 株式会社DressCircle and opened in 2018, the operation distinguishes itself by stacking three Kirin Tap Marche units under one roof (reportedly the only such install in Japan), pulling 19 craft taps with two rotated monthly. Owner Mori-san bet Fuchu would catch up to craft, and six years on the suburb did. The crowd is salarymen on weekday refills, families and group banquets on weekends, plus the occasional wedding 二次会. Food orbits the name: lava-grilled beef tongue (¥555 until 7pm), house white liver pâté on baguette, smoked mozzarella caprese. Taps skew Hitachino, Yo-Ho, Spring Valley: accessible craft, not the deep cuts, but rare for the area.
