Opened September 2024, three minutes from Morishita Station A2. The owner spent about four years brewing at a Toyo-cho microbrewery in Koto-ku before going his own way, and the curation reflects it: six taps of domestic craft skewing toward small operators most other bars don't stock (TAROS Brewing from Hiroshima, Otonage Shibuya collabs, regional micros in rotation). Can't decide? Spin the beer roulette. Ten seats plus standing room totaling 25, so peak-hour Friday means standing or waiting. Food anchors on gyoza, expanding into a small Japanese-Western snack roster. English menu, dog-friendly, kids welcome. Closed Sundays.
