A DYNAC-run British pub a minute from Kanda station, spread over two floors done up in classical-England dark wood, warm and low-lit, with the after-work Kanda crowd filling the 46-seat second floor by seven. The house pour is the Victorian Alt, an altbier brewed for them at Musashino Brewery, sitting alongside five other drafts and the branded RC Original Highball. Food is proper pub ballast: fish and chips, shepherd's pie, roast beef carved to order. The move: grab the ground-floor counter early, start on the Victorian Alt, and let the second floor absorb the party bookings. English menu, English-speaking staff, no cover charge.
