Sanity’s Gakugei-Daigaku outpost is built like a bottle-shop with a bar license: 12 rotating taps and a refrigerator packed with domestic and overseas cans. It opened June 2023 as the second Sanity shop, planted basically right on the station doorstep. The room is bright and plain—tile wall, long counter, stools you barely use—so nobody confuses this with a lounge. There’s no kitchen: bring your own food (yes, even fast food) and keep the visit tight. Draft first, then pay corkage (¥200 under 500ml / ¥400 over) for fridge cans. Rules are strict: non-smoking, no loud talk, no hanging around outside.
