Counter-only 2F bar opened June 25, 2018 one minute from JR Ishikawacho Station in the Turquoise Building. Ten seats, non-smoking inside (rental ashtrays for the outdoor space). The move is working through the Belgian and Irish draft taps—Kilkenny available in half or pint sizes—while the wine side leans natural with bottles like South Africa's Lammershoek pulled from the cellar on request. Nihonshu and shochu also stocked. Kitchen turns out homemade chicken-liver mousse, spear-squid-and-anchovy peperoncino, and a Monday ¥500 coin menu (lamb with mashed potato on recent rotations). Cards, IC, and all QR payments accepted plus Kanagawa Pay. Fridays open until 1am. Closed Thursday and Sunday.
