Opened in November 2019 as a sister shop to Shimbashi DRY-DOCK and KEEL'S BAR HOUSE Aobadai, OP's Bar is less about tap-count bragging than dispense discipline. The 4.6-tsubo setup is split between a standing first-floor counter and a quieter second floor, all dressed in a faint nautical motif that stops short of cosplay. Bar master Yuji Furugen and chef Kota Arai push a simple idea: ordinary labels handled properly can beat fashionable ones poured badly. That is why Super Dry and Pilsner Urquell matter here as much as the guest craft kegs. Come for one precise first pint, not a checklist session. Pair it with pickles, sausage, or cocotte dishes and keep the evening compact.
