Opened October 2016 by the crew behind the now-shuttered World Beer Market. Format is hybrid: a concrete standing bar out front, walk-in bottle shop behind stocking 1,000+ varieties—heavy on US craft and Belgian, with a dedicated New Zealand fridge and the Japanese usuals (Hitachino, Shiga Kogen, Baird, Minoh) holding things down. Ten rotating taps at the counter, three-pour tasting flight runs ¥1,500. Drink any bottle from the shop in-store for a ¥100 corkage. Bossa nova on the speakers, no seats by design, high turnover. Now three locations with Kanda and Beer Ma Base—this is the original and still the deepest selection.
