A 20-seat Italian dining bar a short stagger from Meiji University's front gate, trading on volume over ceremony: eight craft taps in rotation, eight wines by the glass from 500 yen, and roughly fifteen personal pizzas built snack-sized to keep pace with the pour. The room is tight and non-smoking, an ashtray parked at the counter for the unrepentant. Grab a stool at the bar, order a tap you don't recognize plus a margherita to share, and let the student-district energy carry the night. No cover charge, cards and PayPay fine, and a dinner tab that rarely clears 2,000 yen.
