Open since 2019, it sits somewhere between a beer bar and a wine stop, with by-the-glass options for when you’re done with pints. There’s a ¥300 charge; cards and QR codes work. Heated-tobacco-only separation keeps the room usable. Dogs are allowed, and the small terrace is where the regulars stretch the night. Come early if you want a seat—late it turns into a shoulder-to-shoulder relay.
