A brewpub counter inside COMMISSARY NIHONBASHI, a food-court complex that opened in September 2020 in Nihonbashi Honcho. The venue — formerly called Our Craft, renamed in May 2022 — brews its own craft beer on-site behind a visible glass partition, with seven taps. Beers lean toward fruit and spice-forward styles, with recurring lineup entries including saison, pale ale, sour ale and Japanese-ingredient variations using sansho, yuzu and sudachi. Tabelog category is beer bar; budget is consistently documented under ¥3,000 per person. Cards accepted; cash not handled by co-tenants in the same complex. Shared seating within the non-smoking food court.
