Tokyo Oven Akasaka sits on the first floor of Hotel Risveglio Akasaka and has been running since 2017, built like a bistro that happens to care about taps. The room is long and industrial—exposed ceiling, counter seats, plus a standing pocket—so after-work groups flow in fast. They keep five rotating domestic craft taps and lean hard on Japanese wine; the menu is Nambu-iron-pot roasting and share plates. Expect a ¥550 dinner charge and a designated smoking area. Don’t over-order: start with the 7-seasonal appetizer set (¥1,200 pp) and one tap pour, then decide if the meat platter is necessary. Weekends skew louder, but the pours stay precise.
