Run by Keisuke Okunoya with his longtime partner Shin Hirayama, this Jingumae beer room opened in late 2022 as their “second act” after apparel and manufacturing work. Eight rotating taps lean Japan-forward—Okunoya visits breweries and keeps the lineup moving. The board lists the keg opening date; if it’s not recent, they won’t pour it. Pours come right to the rim, no apology. They also drop occasional collab batches with outfits like Hakuba Brewing, AND BEER, and Beer Brain. Snacks are small but chosen through their own network, so it reads as a local clubhouse rather than a checklist stop. Take the terrace seat when weather cooperates.
