Heinzel is a clean and refreshing Kölsch-style ale fermented with Kölsch yeast, named after the tiny fairy-like spirits of Cologne legend. Brewed with a blend of Pilsner, Vienna, and Pale Ale malts, and hopped with Hallertau Hull Melon, Styrian Wolf, and Sterling for a gentle harmony of grain and hop character. Crisp and endlessly drinkable.
