A light-bodied Kölsch-style ale brewed with locally grown Masutomi cucumbers from Hokuto, Yamanashi, fermented to draw out a surprisingly melon-like aroma. At 4.5% ABV and 11 IBU, the beer showcases subtle malt sweetness alongside the fresh, juicy character of the cucumbers. It finishes with a faint distinctive bitterness unique to the vegetable.
