A fresh hop IPA featuring an abundance of Columbus hops grown in Yosano-cho, Kyoto, delivering bold grassy and dank character. Wheat is incorporated into the malt bill and spent Miyazu lemon rind is added at whirlpool, softening the intensity while adding a juicy citrus note. Amarillo hops complement the Columbus with bright, juicy citrus, making for a drinkable yet assertive IPA.
