Chinook and Columbus hops provide a spicy, resinous, and grapefruit-forward bitterness at 80 IBU, while Simcoe adds pine, citrus, and a touch of menthol for drinkability. Aroma, crystal, and Munich malts build a rich malt backbone, with a small addition of table sugar keeping the finish crisp and clean at 8.5% ABV.
