A collaboration between ugo and Mao Vege, this tomato-infused sour ale makes generous use of fruit mini tomatoes grown in Higashikagura, Hokkaido. The gentle umami and fresh green notes of the tomatoes are complemented by herbal and citrusy hop aromas from hops including Mosaic and Luminosa. Acidity is mild and the mouthfeel is crisp and light, making it an easy-drinking, refreshing summer beer. ABV 5.0%.
