Rendez-Vous is a West Coast IPA inspired by two people cycling the same path together, with Dolcita and El Dorado hops meeting to create a unified flavor. Dolcita brings tropical fruitiness while El Dorado contributes a ripe, melon-like sweetness. The result is an aromatic, fruit-forward beer with a clean, dry finish.
