A classic West Coast IPA brewed with German Pilsner and British Pale malts, supplemented by domestic Japanese rice and barley for a dry, light body. American C-hops — Columbus, Centennial, and Polaris — plus Mosaic dry hops deliver resinous, grapefruit, and citrus aromas with a firm, clean bitterness and virtually no malt sweetness. Fermented with a West Coast yeast strain at 6.5% ABV and 50 IBU.
